A boutique hotel which exceeds all expectation. It's very clear that the management and staff want you to really enjoy your stay and it is an absolute pleasure to find such a good quality of service as well as all the little touches of luxury and attention to detail. Love it!

Fabulous sea views from room and balcony, room very clean and comfortable and excellent breakfasts. We will look forward to staying again.

I had a fabulous week at the beach guest house. The staff were fantastic, and made me a specialised vegetarian diet as per my requirement. The location is great, and only a short distance to Brighton. My balcony was excellent, as I could sit out there and relax overlooking Shoreham beach, using my computer with no problems with the WiFi connection. I recommended the Beach Guest House to my friends and family, and we have all booked another week in May to bring the children down with us next time Thanks again!

Many may think its sad to come home from holiday and the first thing you want to do is get on the internet to visit the site of where you stayed, but once you've stayed at this charming, gorgeous, lovely place you will understand why we got the urge to do just that!! Not only do we love the area as we have many a happy memory Shoreham beach, but this particular boutique b&b was the absolute lap of luxury, we were welcomed with open arms, and it didn’t stop there, these are truly the nicest gentleman we have ever stayed with! Professional, kind, friendly and would be happy to do anything for you. We had such a lovely time we stayed a cheeky night extra. We hope to come back many times and keep in contact with Dave and Nick. To anyone reading this that has booked but hasn’t stayed there yet we are truly jealous! Thanks guys!

We would like to thank both Nick and Dave for making our parents stay during their recent visit from Essex over the Easter Break, such a wonderful and relaxing experience. The rooms were even more inviting than they look on the website and the welcome we all received was second to none! Not to mention taking advantage of your free taxi service which made our evening out much more enjoyable and trouble-free. The house was fresh, warm and wonderfully decorated. We loved the B&O systems in all the rooms as well as the TV in the lounge! Our parents have stayed in many top class guest houses and hotels whilst visiting us over the years, their stay with you was by far the best experience yet and The Beach House is without a doubt the most superior Guest House in the locality. In fact in our experience, its the best Guest House we have ever had dealings with. Our parents were planning their next stay, before they had even left us to return home! They will be back!!! (Best you keep the Gin well stocked!). Thanks again for a professional, yet personal and friendly experience.

David and Nick made us very welcome in their beautiful home.Nothing was to much trouble.Everything was spotless and of the best quality,we felt very pampered.Laying in bed watching the sea is a real treat and we drifted off to sleep listening to the sea.What blissWould love a return stay .Thank you both for a most enjoyable stay.
